"After asking for no wake up call one came at 5:30am. Staff apologized but still was woke up very early. Also some sort of breakfast should be included in price. Bagels and coffee, something. Hotels in lesser price ranges are all doing this now."

"I did have problems with no heat in the room. The first night I thought it was just me as I'd sat on the runway in Winnipeg for 1.5 hours so arrived very late and Sat we had gone up to Banff and it was cold up there as well. Finally Sunday moning I said something and it was fixed by the time I came back from breakfast. I was there Fri, Sat, Sun and checked out Mon. I found it Good value for the money!"

"The free shuttle to the airport and being able to leave our vehicle at the hotel while we were gone was worth the price of a night's stay by itelf. So the nice room and friendly service was all a bonus !"
