"we went to use the beds and dicovered food crumbs in one and pubic hairs in the other sheets. Apparently the housekeeper was not there and a substitute did not not change the sheets.(This is what we were told.) When we left early in the am for a flight we were told we could have a 10% discount but to call back the mangager when we returned home. We tried several times. The manager never returned the calls. My wife did catch her finally and she promised us and addional 15% discount. It is now close to a month later and we have yet to receive the discount. We tried calling the manger again and still no response. The grossness of the dirty linens and the subsequent lack of resonse has not been satisfactory. What is more troubling is we have enjoyed staying in Hampton Inns. I would appreciate if you can do something or refer us to someone who can.
