The GoodFor guests that had a positive experience, much of if could be attributed to cleanliness and attentive customer service.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, according to a number of guest comments. One guest said that their room was "spotless". Another guest commented on very comfortable beds. One business traveller felt that the room was very well suited for his needs.
Guests received good service from staff at this hotel, who used words like "friendly","helpful" and "accommodating" to describe their impressions.
A few guests indicated that they felt that they received good value for the price paid for this hotel, and said things like "priced right", and "affordable".
Guests liked the on-site restaurant, and commented on the quality of the food and on good service.

The Bad
While many of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, there were a few common points among the guest complaints, including noise disturbance in the rooms and ageing decor.
A number of guests were disturbed by noise in their rooms, naming noisy, rattling A/C units as the culprit.
Some guests felt that the decor was tired, and was in need of updating and/or renovations. There was specific mention of old furniture, walls, towels and carpets. One guest said that the hotel overall was "worn".
A few guests, particularly those staying in pet-friendly areas of the hotel, noted unpleasant odours in the rooms.
There were a few peripheral comments on difficulties with remote controls and with voicemail.
