The Bad
There were some nitpicks and negative feedback found online.

Some found the fitness room on the small side and said you could not fit more than two people in it at once. Once in a while guests found it in need of fresh towels and a water cooler.

Some guests said the hotel was dated (although clean and comfortable).

Recent room complaints were: room not that modern, no USB docks, no tea kettle in the room (these are available from the front desk), no microwave (these area also available upon request), no pen or paper in the room, only plastic and foam cups in the room, no free bottled water in the room, uncomfortable bed, inefficient AC unit, noisy heater and a mini-fridge froze one guest's food.

Some found the location a little far to downtown, and somewhat industrial with nothing much to do in the area.
