"Frustrated."
"The biggest issue we faced was trying to avoid the air conditioner. In room 316 it is so close to the bed the person can't possibly sleep. We ended up building a wall with pillows so that the air would circulate over top.
Since we only two of us we could use the other bed.
The windows don't open so that we could enjoy the cool evening temps instead of the noisy air conditioner.
The front desk was mostly helpful, but should know the area better as no information was available regarding the 700 plus km's of bike paths in Calgary."

"I was pleased that they allowed us to leave the car there while we went to Las Vegas, and the desk clerk gave us info on Vegas- above and beyond her job. Very nice."

"Do not stay in this hotel!!!"
"Bathroom sinks were all cracked and filled with mould. 2nd room: sparks flew when I plugged in the bedside lamps and power went out in the bathroom and most of the room.
3rd room: still modified cracks in sinks (also in room #2). Days in should not own this abysmal hotel in the terrible location with pawn shops, etc."

"The customer service was excellent. Everyone who worked there, housekeepers, desk staff and volunteers at the visitor's table were smiling, kind and interested in our vacation.

"customer service sucked. found that the person behind the counter
was very rude. we had problems with our key card when trying to enter the room and later had the same problem reoccurring. it was a pain to have to go down to the front desk so many times."

"The Hotel had changed it's name and this web site did not let us know. They had work going on and this made using the main entrance difficult. The rooms were good. no restaurant and the location was not great, need to get a train or drive into downtown."
