Service from staff here enhanced the stay of many guests, according to a number of comments. Staff here regularly went the extra mile and provided guests with lots of nice "extra" touches, like being helpful with directions and suggestions on where to visit. One guest said that staff made sure they had freshly squeezed orange juice to drink, as based on their request, prior to their 4:30am flight.
Several guests said that they enjoyed the pool area, the waterslide and the hot tub, saying that the area was clean and enjoyable. One guest said that the pool area was "family-friendly".

The Bad
While many of the guest comments used for this analysis reflected an enjoyable stay, there were a few common points among guest complaints, namely problems with plumbing and suggestions to update decor .
By and large, guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, but there were comments regarding problems with clogged sinks. These guests claimed they were required to fix the problem themselves.
Guests felt that the decor was ageing, and could use refurbishing and updates, and made specific mention of drapes, bedspreads and paint.
There were a few additional comments, on things like uncomfortable beds, on lack of cribs/playpens available and on lack of plastic drinking glasses in the rooms.
