The GoodThe vast majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the rooms, the staff and the amenities.
Most guests felt that the rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Guests mentioned that rooms were well appointed with contemporary decor, comfortable beds, large windows, a mini-fridge and good soundproofing.
The staff were complimented by many guests for providing friendly and attentive customer service.
Many guests felt that the hotel's amenities, such as the pool, business centre and fitness centre, were all very contemporary and well maintained. Some thought that the food at the on-site restaurant was good and that the common areas were very stylish and inviting. Overall, guests felt that the hotel had an upscale feel.
The Bad
Although most reviews used for this analysis were positive, one downside that guests found was the general location of the hotel.
Guests found the location was a bit inconvenient because there were few shops or restaurants within walking distance, requiring a vehicle or taxi ride to get to most places. Although this is an airport hotel, some guests were also disappointed that the arrival/departure terminal was about a 15-minute drive from the hotel, with the use of the shuttle service tacking on additional wait times.
