"The waterslide/pool closed because of maintenance problems on the first afternoon of our stay. Since that was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel, we asked the staff several times for a timeline on maintenance. Nobody really knew what was going on, and it was frustrating to be told different stories about the problem. But in the end, the pool finally opened on the last evening of our stay, so it wasn't a total bust!"

"When we asked for a cot we expected a frame with a mattress, however, only received a foam pad. We expected to be well supplied with towels in our room and in the pool area but had to share wet towels and use hand towels to dry after a shower. The continental breakfast wasn't long enough. It should have ended at 11 am not 10 am as that didn't give us enough time to get downstairs and try it out. The pillows left my neck sore for 2 days as they should be replaced because they aren't thick enough."

"The only issues were there were never any towels in the pool area - you had to go to the front desk, but that was not too convenient if you didn't realize that until after you got out of the pool. Also, the breakfast area was in disarray - the garbage was overflowing - you had to balance your garbage on the top."

"This is one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. We found bottle caps and not just crumbs, but large pieces of food up against the bed pedistal. They advertise continental breakfast but don't seem to restock anything until everything has run out. I'd assumed this was a non-smoking hotel since when booking I wasn't given the choice of rooms, but when we got there we found out we were in a smoking room and since it was Stampede week, all other rooms were booked. I would never stay here again or suggest it to anyone. For the price we paid (over $160.) it was a total rip-off."
