"We phoned to cancel one of the two rooms booked for the evening. The attendent said she would phone back after asking the manager if this could be done. Never heard back. To us this is very poor service even if the stay was for only one night. Don't know if we will use your hotel again."

"The room smelled strange the first night, but was okay the next day.
The internet did not work. I reported it to the front desk multiple times and also asked them to check it while I was out during the day. It still didn't work when I returned, and the front desk just assumed that it was my computer. I build and maintain computers as a part of my job, so I'm fairly knowledgeable in this area. Since my computer worked fine at the hotels I stayed in the nights before and after this, I'm confident it was the hotel's problem. It cost them business since I moved to a different hotel in order to get internet service."

"Add some adsorbents to get rid of smoking smell. That is not difficult, but can bring potential benefits to pleasure."

Grant from Nelson, BC CA stayed on May 22, 2005
"I was disappointed by the rate for the type of room I got. There was one towel (thin) per person, I had wanted a non-smoking room, but was advised that the default is always smoking(rather than the other way around). I was also charged for a safe in the room that I did not require, but had no option but to pay for it.I was also charged on my visa for a hotel reservation charge that I don't know what it is for. The breakfast room was not very clean (tables had not been wiped off) and in fact, an employee was eating in there and just left the mess.
I found the room expensive for the quality of the hotel"
