The Bad
Most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, but there were some common complaints, mostly centring on malfunctioning air conditioning units (in fact the vast majority of complaints were about this).
Regulating temperature in the rooms was an issue for a number of guests, many of whom said that their air conditioning units were not working and that rooms were excessively warm throughout their stay.
A number of guests said that they had problems getting the hot water to work in their showers and had to wait quite some time for the water to heat up.
Several guests commented on aging decor and suggested that updates were in order. Bathrooms were singled out as needing particular attention.
There were some additional comments, centring on things like dirt in the pool area.
