This older hotel is located just off the Trans-Canada Highway, an 11-minute drive from Calgary International Airport (YYC), with a free 24-hour airport shuttle. It offers a clean budget room, with well-liked on-site dining, in a convenient location.

All 184 rooms at this hotel are non-smoking and include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, free local calls, a 42" LCD TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a desk, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, climate control and windows that open. Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds, a pull-down bed, or 1 king bed. Room extras include a sofabed, a separate bedroom, bunk beds, a walk-in shower, bathrobes, a double jacuzzi, a second TV, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a wet bar, table and chairs, a balcony and a city or mountain view. Accessible rooms are also available.

Free outdoor parking is available on site for cars and oversize vehicles, with cold weather hook ups. Pets are permitted for a fee of $25 per stay. Guests requiring the airport shuttle should call the hotel at 403-291-4666 to request an airport pick up. Return trips to the airport run on the hour, every half hour.

The Good
This hotel typically provided a comfortable stay, and was considered good value for guests who were trying to save on hotel costs. Guests who liked the hotel were pleased by their rooms, the restaurant and the free shuttle service.

Some guests found satisfactory rooms. These guests described their rooms as clean and spacious. They enjoyed a good sleep on a comfortable bed, with heat and AC that worked well and was fairly quiet. Although there was traffic noise at the front side of the hotel, they said it was not too bad.

The restaurant was well liked. Guests who dined on site seemed to have enjoyed a good meal with decent prices. 

Guests found the location easy to find and convenient to the highway and restaurants. Some also liked this hotel's proximity to the airport and appreciated being picked up at the airport with a free shuttle. 

Guests were pleased with the customer service overall. Staff were praised often in the reviews, and guests said they were friendly and helpful.
