The hotel has five floors, an elevator, and 71 guest rooms including two suites. The standard room at the hotel is the Leisure Plus Guest Room which offers one or two queen beds, complimentary coffee, individual climate control, a hairdryer, free high speed Internet, an iron, and an ironing board.
Business rooms at the hotel include an easy chair, a full sized desk with an ergonomic chair, a microwave, a refrigerator, and two 2-line phones.

The GoodGuests that stayed at the Best Western Plus Calgary Centre Inn were quite happy with the property. The hotel's staff and location both received numerous compliments. Additionally many guests indicated that they received good value and the property was well-reviewed for cleanliness.
The staff at the hotel were commonly described as either "helpful" and/or "friendly." Additionally many guests felt that the front desk staff were knowledgeable of the surrounding area.
In fact, when it came to lauding compliments onto the staff, many guests did not hold back. One guest, for example, said he/she "was extremely happy with all the front desk staff" while another guest said that "Customer service is a dying art, but the staff (at the Best Western Plus Calgary Centre Inn) all have a degree in it!"
The location of the hotel was generally liked for a couple reasons. Some guests found the location convenient for attending the Calgary Stampede and others liked that public transit was readily available near the property.
Many guests felt as though they received good value for the prices that they paid. Some guests indicated that they appreciated the free parking while others mentioned that the Internet was free.
Lastly, the hotel was often described as "clean" and several guests used that phrase to describe either their rooms, the lobby, or even the pool.
The Bad
There were not a lot of guest concerns about this hotel however there still appeared to be a few weak points.
Occasionally a guest complained about the in-room wireless Internet. One guest said it didn't work while another guest described it as "slow" and "intermittent."
Some guests were disappointed with the facilities at the hotel. Multiple guests said that the fitness room was small and a couple guests said the same thing about the hotel's pool. Additionally, multiple guests mentioned that there was no on-site restaurant.
Some guests considered the breakfast to be below their expectations and it seemed the marketing of the meal was a bit misleading. One guest, for example, said the "breakfast description was a bit overstated" and another guest found the "luxury" breakfast to be less than what advertisements implied.
TripAdvisor.com ranked the hotel 30th of 96 properties in Calgary and the site had 24 reviews.
Booking.com guest ratings averaged to 8.4 points out of 10 and the site had 36 reviews.
