"Loved the shower and the breakfast"
"The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower head was huge and provided a wonderful massage as you took your morning shower. The breakfast provided was excellent."

"Jacuzzi suite."
"The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub was superb. Loved everything except the very small TV and the TV reception was poor - hard to watch the hockey game on it. The breakfast was very good. Had excellent waffle maker."

"The pool was out of service (which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel!).
When we booked through the number from your website we were told we would be able to get cots for our kids and the hotel didn't have any!"

"My kids and I hurried to get to the hotel to enjoy the evening in the pool and hot tub only to discover the pool too cold to go in and the hot tub out of order. There was no reduction in the rate even after complaining about it. The pool was the reason we chose this hotel and were willing to pay the extra cost. ( The desk manager's comment was just to say that she hated it too when that sort of thing happens). There is a card in the room that states to let the desk know if anything is not satisfactory. My question is why bother? if nothing will be done about it."
