Many reviewers were pleased with their rooms at this hotel. They were described as clean, spacious, quiet, and well laid-out with very comfortable beds.
The hotel's staff were paid many compliments by guests. Staff were characterized as helpful, efficient and friendly.
Many patrons found the hotel to be a good value. They were pleased with the inclusion of the complimentary breakfast in the price, and one guest stated the hotel was, "well worth the cost".
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple common complaints among them, which included the cleanliness of the common areas and the pool being closed.
Some guests complained of the lack of cleanliness in the common areas. They described the lobby and elevator floors as dirty, and felt the hallway rugs needed shampooing. It was also mentioned there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the lobby.
A few reviewers were disappointed that the pool and sauna were closed during their stay. The hotel is no longer advertising the pool and sauna as amenities, as they remain closed indefinitely.
