"ALTHOUGH THERE WERE ONLY ELEVEN GUEST CARS IN THE FACILITY'S PARKING LOTS WE WERE PUT IN A ROOM OVER THE SAUNA AREA.THE BEDROOM DIDN'T HAVE A WINDOW AND THE WHOLE SUITE WAS INSUFFERABLY HOT, EVEN WITH THE HEAT OFF AND THE PATIO DOOR OPEN ALL NIGHT. WHEN WE COMPLAINED THE DESK CLERK SAID "NO WONDER, THE ROOM IS OVER THE SAUNA". WE WERE GIVEN A DECENT ROOM (THE LOCKS ON THE PATIO DOOR AND BEDROOM WINDOW WERE BROKEN AND WHEN OUR ROOM WAS MADE UP THE PAPER AND KINDLING FOR THE FIREPLACE WERE NOT REPLENISHED). WE WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN."

"One of the nicest Hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.
We had a jetted tub and a steam bath....Robes on the bed and a fireplace...Who could ask for more"

"Please stay else where. Across the street at the Douglas Fir, the place is clean and much cheaper. If we hadn't found the rate on this website, it would have been $185.00/night. There is no way I would have paid that. They charge $4.95/ bundle of fire wood. Douglas Fir it's free. Would have stayed there except it was full. The carpet in our room was absolutely disgusting. This hotel needs renovation badly. The jetted tub started up every three hours or so, and when I explained this to the desk clerk, he didn't care. We didn't get the coupon book that we were supposed to get for booking on this website. We had a total of $35.00 taken off our bill for this and nothing for the filth or tub problem. Stay else where."
