The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback where they felt the hotel could improve.

Recent room complaints were: dated decor, not enough electrical outlets for devices, noisy AC units, duvet too heavy for spring, a stained carpet, interior facing rooms were a little dark and the hallways near them smelled of chlorine from the pool, did not like the colour palette of the decor with browns which seemed drab, an unappealing old chair in the room and stairs to loft were too steep.

Other complaints were: parking garage a bit low for trucks and bigger SUVs, hallways were dark, pool has a wrinkled and unappealing liner, breakfast only served until 10 am and Bumpers sold only full meals.
