Overview
Located about a 5-minute walk from Banff's town centre and a 4-minute drive from the nearest Trans-Canada Highway on-ramp, the Rocky Mountain Bed and Breakfast is geared towards road travellers who prefer a small and centrally located inn with a free breakfast, extended kitchen amenities and easy highway access.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms comes equipped with free Wi-Fi. Units with a room sink and shared bathroom are available, as are rooms with an ensuite bathroom, a full kitchen or kitchenette, a living area with a sofabed and a dining table. 

The hotel also offers massage service, guest laundry, free parking, tour and ticket assistance, dinner service and a free breakfast. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not permitted.

The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, breakfast and rooms.

Numerous reviewers praised the staff, characterizing them as friendly, attentive, informative and helpful with dining recommendations. One patron remarked, "These are two of the most thoughtful and nice people you will ever find. One person hurt themselves on the ice and they took us to the hospital and brought us back, offered food and much more- lovely, kind people. Every one of the guests had great things to say and they all felt that Rocky Mountain is truly a home away from home".

The hotel's breakfast was enjoyed by many lodgers, who described it as fresh, delicious, yummy and fantastic. One guest noted, "Breakfast was lovely with a great eating environment, and it felt like you were in a family members dining room".

Several travellers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They found their rooms to be clean, well equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds. A few guests criticized their lodgings, however (see below).
