"Very nice stay"
"It was a very good experience and stay overall! Only concern was parking out back! The spots were small and tight, BUT, I think that's just the way banff hotels are so it's not a concern for THIS hotel in particular! :)"

"Clean rooms, the whirl pool? ... not so much."
"The room was good and comfortable. The hot tub could have been cleaner. Looked like someone put dish soap in there and there were bubbles everywhere. The ladies at the front desk were helpful though."

"1) towel in poor well used condition and not bath towel size. 2) Cold air leakage through summer A/C system. 3) Heating system failure at one point. 4) Television cable system failure on most channels. Hotel is old and tired, needs a major update. Not recommended unless looking for "very basic cheap" accommodation."
