"This hotel is great! We had informed the hotel that there would be four of us staying in the room and when we got there we were pleasantly surprised to find four bath towels, four hand towels, four face clothes, plenty of soap, toilet paper and Kleenex. What a nice touch. Delicious complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi upon check in. All hotels should be this organized!"

"Overpriced-poor quality-borders on false advertising"
"Overpriced for the quality. Internet access didn't work. Actual room looked nothing like the website. I travel extensivly for business & pleasure and hold loyalty cards for other chains. I won't be applying for one with Best Western obviously. I also intend to contact corporate. I got a suite with Fox Hotels for less than they charged for a room."

"This is an awesome hotel. I have stayed here many times and recommend it to all my friends. The rooms are great and the internet access is a plus if I take my laptop. The continental breakfast is always hot and fresh and it starts the day off right. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I'm 6'4" and some of the ceilings were a bit low. But this hotel was far more attractive in every way than I expected a Best Western to be. It's got to be one of the best values for the money in Banff. Loved it!"

"We just love our stay at this hotel.
My family and our friends we were really impressed. We definitely haven't expected such experience.
Warm and nice place.
Everything was just perfect. Not expensive at all.
Our room was big and comfortable .Very clean.
As we love skiing, for sure will choose this place for our future trips in Banff.Thank you very much for your hospitality.

"This hotel was very well run and staff could not have been nicer.The rooms were more than adequate,clean and were comfortable.

"For the price of the room, even granted it's resort location, the room could have been in a little better shape. Some of the wallpaper was peeling a bit. But it was really clean, and location was excellent. Basement parking was ideal for the location."
