"The staff at the Voyager was "EXCELLENT" They went the extra mile for us and then some. We started out with a sick child before we left Calgary, drove through a snow blizzard to get to Banff and ended up having to come back to Calgary the next day. Our son took a turn for the worst, ended up taking him to the hospital, and was undecided whether he was able to make the trip home or not. Needless to say, the hotel(we were bumped to the Spruce Grove because of lack of space) and staff were so accommedating with our situation. We decided to stay for Saturday but by about 12:30, our son was not doing to well and we made the choice of going home. The Voyager again understood and let us leave without any kind of penalty what so ever. I would like to express a special thank-you for Alana that helped us find the best room to suit our needs and also Susan (I think that was her name, She works at the front desk of the Voyager) that understood our situation and treated us with the up-most respect.We have stayed many times at the Voyager Inn and love it because of the helpful staff and understanding hearts. This was our first experience with the Spruce Grove and also thought it was very nice. Sometimes, at least for us, remember the hotels more for the people working there than anything else and I can truthfully say they are the best! THANK-YOU AGAIN and see you the next time we are in Banff. Mrs. Marlene Wright"

The Banff Voyager is located in Banff National Park, just an hour and a half from the Calgary International Airport. Situated on Banff Avenue in the heart of the town site, we are a short 15-minute walk from downtown.

Choose from the Breakfast Buffet or you can order from the vast selection that is available on the menu.
The Voyageur Lounge is located on the lobby level of the Voyager Inn and is open daily from 11:00 am to 1:00 am. A true favorite with locals, the Voy offers a lively and fun entertainment experience in warm friendly surroundings. Sit back and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere with three colour televisions with satellite feed - featuring sports and movies, Video Lottery Terminals, a wood-burning fireplace along with excellent food.
Enjoy Banff's only year-round outdoor heated swimming pool. Open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. This pool is heated to 26 degrees C (85 degrees F). An indoor whirlpool and dry sauna are also available.
