"Hotel good, resturant bad!"
"I was VERY disappointed in the resturant where we had breakfast. It was VERY expensive for a breakfast - $15 & $16 for each plate. The hashbrowns were the worst I have ever had - cold and rubbery - it was like they were reheated from the buffet! The bacon was burnt and the toast was barely toasted - soggy by the time it hit our table. We had to eat due to time constraints, and I will not recommend the resturant to anyone. It left a bad taste as the it was the last thing we did in Banff. The staff were VERY good though and the room was exactly what we required."

"helpful staff, clean rooms, great location"
"everyone was helpful and nice. One thing we didn't like was the bed comforters kept sliding off the beds."

"Excellent location. Busy hotel but spacious. Great restaurant across the road as well. Quiet in our corner of hotel. Would go again."
