"Great price, service & location, decor outdated."
"Good: Price was great, and the location awesome. Room service was prompt and very friendly. All service staff very polite & professional. Very clean bathroom and "safe" feeling underground parking. We saw Elk walking around out front of Hotel on 2 separate occasions. (very cool!)
Bad: Glasses provided in the room were dirty, TV was tiny and had a green hue, and the decor was waaay outdated. Had to wait for new room keys as the first set didn't work in the door. Shower leaked onto the floor as soon as the water hit the curtain.
NOTE: Hotel was being renovated at time of stay, but was clean & quiet. Outdated decor may not be the case when you stay there."

"The parking lot was the only issue as it appears that at some point there were not enough parking spots for the patrons. Very close to downtown..... Great Hotel."

"One comment about my Frustrating at times answer to question number 5. We were in Banff for a wedding. The wedding started at 4pm. The check in time for the hotel is 4pm. We were driving in from Calgary and were hoping to be able to check in about 1 to 1.5 hours early so we wouldnt have to wear our dress clothes in the vehicle on the drive. The staff would not let us check in early. They said that the "entire hotel checked out at once". I find it hard to beleive that in a hotel with over 130 rooms they couldnt have found us one room to use for an earlier check in. Very dissappointed with that."
