The Bad
There were some complaints found recently in online reviews.

Some guests felt the breakfast was too basic, with a small eating area and were displeased that it did not cover all guests booked into a room.

Recent room complaints were: not enough towels provided in the room, no tea kettle provided, loft room too cramped, room a bit small and dark, temperature of water in shower swings from hot to cold, ice machine was noisy, a poorly cleaned bathroom, no hot water for the jacuzzi, room smelled of sewage pipes, a noisy heater, wallpaper ripped, poor view from room, a stained bed sheet, coffeemaker was broken, rooms were dirty and needed updates.

Other hotel complaints: slow elevator, hot tub too hot and drunken partiers in the hotel and hot tub on the weekends, parking could be limited at times.
