Many guests stated that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Guests who commented about the staff and their service generally found the staff to be friendly and their service prompt and helpful. Several guests said the check-in process was smooth, quick and efficient.
Carlito's Pizzaria received a lot of compliments from guests who said the service was friendly and efficient, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was pleasing. Many guests enjoyed the free continental breakfast and said that it helped them save time and money.
Although one reviewer said the location was a bit far from downtown, most guests seemed to applaud the hotel's location and said it was close enough to walk to downtown and also close to a local transit stop for guests wishing to ride to town. Many thought the hotel was located in a quiet spot.
