"I found the construction staff a little late doing their work when I arrived. It was after 7 pm and they had been bring in load after load and I was hard pressed to get around the stack. I had many case and could not find the cart to help me get my things to my room as I was staying for about three days on business. The young lady working the front was not to help full!
The Truck with its diesel was running all the time with the smell of the fuel permiating the air from where I had to hike to get access to the front door to the lobby (as there had been a car parked near the front door for the three days I stayed there, it never moved from this position ) It was obvious it was not being used and was just being used as a long term parking area. Well back to the three trips up to the second floor to get settled in.
The room was good No DVD, I would recommend one but overall the water was nice and hot the room clean and in good shape it was hard to get the water in the coffee pot (not enough clearance where it is located) The staff working the desk had been very pleasant and I did injoy the stay over all. I liked the breakfast cerial available in the am and other choices I found available.
I asked the staff about the pool across the street and was given coupons to access this facility.
Now that was a great added bonus. I would recommend to use this as a draw to clients with the little out of the way location clear instructions are very important as this location is off the path a little.
I passed many other available spots so high visibility signage is critical and the available facility will be a big asset."

"The only negative comment that we have is that the hotel has implemented a maximum two dog limit per room. Our family has three dogs which means that if we were all to travel together, staying at this hotel would not be an option. The reason that we want to stay at this hotel is that it is convenient for dog training seminars and trials in the area so we know that our usual practice of a few participants sharing a room to save on costs will not work at this hotel. Otherwise this is a great place to stay - far better than our experiences in other Super 8 hotels in Alberta... The Super 8 in Lethbridge is so disgusting that we would never consider stying there again..."

"The staff members were the nicest, most helpful folks I have ever met at a motel. The rooms were very reasonable, comfortable and close to everything we needed on a daily basis. I highly recommend this Super 8 and wish to thank everyone working there for their hard work and wonderful attitude.
