The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints among them, including the free breakfast and payment policy.
Some guests were disappointed with the lack of hot breakfast items offered. Although a continental breakfast is served (bagels and yogurt), these guests felt that for the price there should have been hot and cold options available, as is offered in most of the other area hotels (according to these reviewers).
A few reviewers had complaints about the hotel's payment policy. This hotel requires payment upon check-in as opposed to check-out, and these guests did not agree with this payment method.
