Many reviewers praised the staff at this hotel and characterized them as friendly, helpful and efficient. One guest remarked, "The staff and facility...is well above the norm".
The hotel's location was a source of several compliments by lodgers. It was described as easily accessible off Highway 2, within walking distance to many restaurants, and close to CrossIron Mills Shopping Centre.
