Getting Around
Located just off the main Crowchild Trail NW, the school's campus is flanked by a number of major roads. The Trans-Canada Highway is just a 3-minute drive from the south public parking lots. Downtown Calgary is a 12-minute drive, while the Calgary International Airport (YYC) is an approximate 20-minute drive.

The campus itself is spread over an area larger than that of the downtown core, at 530 acres. Therefore PDF maps and interactive room finders can be found on the school's website.

Walking from north-south of the campus takes 15 minutes, while walking west-east takes approximately 30 minutes.

Potential students can book campus tours to learn more about the campus and get a feel for the community itself. Information sessions are also available throughout Western Canada for prospective students and parents by RSVP. Videos created by students, for students, can also be found for further information on the school, residences and Calgary.

The University C-Train Station is situated on the east side of the campus. A number of bus routes also serve the campus. Guests staying at one of the number of hotels in Motel Village can hop on the C-Train at Banff Trail for one stop to cut down on walking time. A single-ride adult fare is $3 and an unlimited-use day pass can be purchased for $9 for one adult, for one day. More fare and route information can be found on the Calgary Transit website.

Sustainable initiatives are in place for those who require commuting by car to work. Students and faculty can register for a carpooling program, allowing for cheaper parking fees and the best spots in the lot. Car3Go also offers hourly rental vehicles for temporary use.
