Tips For Staying Near Skylon Tower

On the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, the Skylon Tower overlooks both the American and Canadian Falls and is a popular tourist destination and backdrop for those breathtaking photographs of the Falls, both day and night. From the indoor / outdoor observation areas, views of the Niagara Wine District and the Buffalo and Toronto skylines can also be seen.

The observation deck is open from 8 am to midnight throughout the summer months, and 11 am to 9 pm throughout the winter.
Getting Around: Driving
The Rainbow Bridge and border into the United States is a mere 2-minute drive away, while the Queen Elizabeth Way Highway is just a 6-minute drive away.

The closest airport is the Pearson International Airport (YYZ) in Mississauga, at a 1-hour drive from the tower.
An outdoor parking lot is available at the base of the tower with 400 paid parking spots. Rates may vary and can change without notice. It is advisable to contact Skylon Tower in advance to inquire about parking fees during the time of your visit.
Getting Around: Walking
Niagara Falls and the pedestrian viewpoints at Queen Victoria Park are a 6-minute walk away, while Clifton Hill, the popular tourist strip featuring restaurants, clubs, museums and entertainment facilities, is just a 12-minute walk from the tower. Getting Around: Public Transit
