Getting Around
For those looking to book tickets online and figure out the best view in the house, or just to find out where their seat is, a seating map is available on their website.

Located just off of the main thoroughfare of Macleod Trail SW, the Scotiabank Saddledome is easily accessible by car. The Trans-Canada Highway is an approximate 7-minute drive from the stadium and Deerfoot Trail is a 6-minute drive away. Downtown Calgary is a 3-minute drive (or 16-minute walk) from the park, while the Calgary International Airport (YYC) is an approximate 17-minute drive away.

Situated centrally just south of downtown Calgary, the stadium and Stampede Park are easily walkable from many of the below-mentioned hotels. 

The Stampede Station offers access to the south end of the park, while the Victoria Park/Stampede offers access more central to the stadium. Public transit to the Saddledome often requires roundabout routes, or extensive walking. Nonetheless, single-ride adult fares are $3, while a day pass valid for one adult for one day can be purchased for $9. More information and route maps can be found on the Calgary Transit website.

A number of parking lots are available throughout the park, with a total of 5,800 stalls that are manned during big events. The parking lots operate on a paid system and the rates at the south lot start at $6 per day. 

Flames fans can purchase reserved parking at the arena parkade for $85 per month.

From concerts to lacrosse (Calgary Roughnecks) and hockey (Calgary Flames NHL & Calgary Hitmen WHL), as well as public and private conferences, there are a number of events at the Saddledome throughout the year. For a full calendar of events, visit their website.

Tours of the stadium are available daily between 11 am and 2 pm to showcase transitions between hockey rink to concert stadium, as well as to learn the history of the arena.
