Guests online in 2013 say that it's been newly renovated and have lots of praise for this hotel. What does it have going for it?

In my opinion, it is the lower price, comparatively, from other Hamilton hotels and the higher ratings and recommendation rate. Besides a lower room rate, it offers a free breakfast, free Wi-Fi and lots free parking.

In the opinion of the guests, it has a lot to do with the restaurant (which sounds like a veritable gem serving up delicious breakfasts and meals) and the warm and welcoming staff and management of the hotel. These are the kind of people who wisely know that the customer is always right and go out of their way to accommodate even the most difficult guest.

The hotel rooms are comfortable with nice looking beds and bedding, microwaves and mini-fridges (good for heating up those leftovers). There's room service and cable TV.

The extras here are the easy access to Hwy 403, York Blvd and Main Street, and the views of Dundurn Castle and the park .
