The Pomeroy is the most glamorous and highly rated hotel in the city of Fort St. John (only 14 minutes to the airport). Most guests are pleasantly surprised at the quality of amenities and service found so high up north in Canada and give it raving reviews. It is the most expensive of the hotels I compared, and some have complained about the price of their rooms, but most seem to appreciate the quality of the stay. They have modern, clean and well-appointed rooms with comfy beds and pillows. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and a fitness centre. They have a great free breakfast that people seem to really enjoy with a variety of hot items. There's a restaurant on site and it's close to other eateries, plus a 5-minute walk to the Totem Mall. Need I say more?

It's free and operates on demand daily between 8 am and 4 pm, and saves you the trouble and extra expense of finding your own way to the hotel and airport. Just call the hotel and they will come and pick you up at the airport. Once you get to Super 8, you can enjoy their amenities and their clean, modern and well-maintained rooms. They have an indoor pool, waterslide, hot tub and fitness centre, plus an on-site restaurant.
