Tips For Staying Near Bird Kingdom

Situated just east of the Rainbow Bridge on River Road, this 45,000 square-foot aviary is one of the largest indoor aviaries in the world, home to over 300 birds, as well as many amphibians. 
Multiple levels of rainforest habitats, an encounter room where guests can touch and hold a number of exotic birds and reptiles, as well as a nocturnal room where guests can view night-time animals, all make for an interactive learning experience in this unique zoo. In the main aviary, there is a 40-foot waterfall and the chance to feed lorikeets for $2 per container of nectar.

Admission at the door is $16.95 per adult, $14.95 for seniors and $11.95 for children aged 4 to 15. 

To properly enjoy everything that Bird Kingdom has to offer, allow for 1 to 2 hours.
Guests planning on including the Bird Kingdom in their visit to Niagara Falls can purchase tickets in advance for a special online discount. The reduced online rate is $13 for adults, $11 for seniors and $9 for children aged 4 to 15.

Getting Around
Niagara Falls is a very walkable city, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance of one another and the Falls. The Clifton Hill tourist strip can be reached in a 6-minute walk, while viewpoints of the Falls are under a 6-minute walk from Bird Kingdom. 

The Niagara Veteran's Highway can be reached in a 3-minute drive, while the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) Highway can be reached in a 5-minute drive. The Rainbow Bridge and border into the Unites States can be reached in approximately 2 minutes by car.

Toronto's Pearson International Airport (YYZ) can be reached in an approximate 1-hour, 15-minute drive.
A parking surcharge of $2 an hour is in place by paying at the automated machines and there are two levels of parking available.
